Attach a photo of the location you want tattooed. Draw a circle around the area you want to
cover to show the size you need

Attach any reference pictures to be used as inspiration in your project

Must be 18 or older with valid identification
Deposits are nonrefundable
A deposit must be made before you can secure appointment date
A deposit must be made before any design is drafted
Your deposit will be deducted from the overall cost of your tattoo, however If you reschedule your app you will lose your original deposit and be required to make a new deposit.
Artists have the option to deny any project request
Personal hygiene is VITAL
Do not bring children to your appointment
All payments are made via cash or cash app
Be prepared to come in for more than one session
Eat drink and use the bathroom before your appointment
